- Walked a mile tonight.
- This time last year I was walking 4.5 miles in an hour.
- My ego is wounded.
- My back is telling my ego to STFU and enjoy baby steps.
- My chair pulls to the right.
- My personal leanings are to the left.
- Somehow, that evens things out.
