Everything looks all right, now all I need to do is officially approve it, and it should go into distribution on Monday and be available for sale within a week or two (it already is for anyone with a Kindle...other eReaders may follow, not 100% sure about that.)

It looks great!! You are now the 4th blogger I know who has a book out - and I can't afford to buy any of them. :-/
Book #8? 9? Do most ereaders use the same format? Char liked Alex's Kindle but saw a Sony in the bookstore the other day and was curious about whether or not they had different file types or not.
Does this one follow 'Finding Father Rabbit'? I am ready to read it!
This one does follow "Finding Father Rabbit..." It picks up about 3 months after the end of that one.
Not sure about the file types, Murf. I know the Kindle can read a few different file types and the one I used for this was a .prc compiled with Mobi, but I don't know if the Sony can read it. I do know that Barnes & Noble online will be selling Sony compatible ebooks fairly soon, and I need to get that figured out.
This was so good! I forgot to take it off Alex's Kindle and he read it. He liked it but says you're a dirty old woman :)
Hey. I'm not old.
Congrats!!! I have not read your books yet. Is there an order in which you recommend reading them?
BTW, I love how your home library turned out! We have finally ordered bookcases for our living room. When negotiating with my husband about which size book cases to get (size does matter) I reminded him how great your home library looks with its tall bookcases.
Mom Sue to the Furry Bambinos
The order would be:
1. Charybdis
2. As Simple as That
3. Finding Father Rabbit
4. The King and Queen of Perfect Normal
(all are dirt cheap if you have a Kindle...)
Size totally matters...with book cases. There's nothing like having near floor to ceiling, packed, bookcases...
so I just have to ask...who's feet are on the cover?
I have no idea whose feet those are...it's a licensed image.
You should check out LibraryThing.com - Its a very large international social networking site devoted to books. They feature a different librarything author on the frontpage everyday, it'd be a great way to promote your book.
I'm not really affiliated with Librarything, its just that your books aren't listed on it.
