I did some checking and it looks like it was a prototype that hasn't been developed. However, there was something similar that is just a keyboard that was a success on kickstarter - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/954250822/the-qwerkywriter-typewriter-inspired-mechanical-ke
Of course, there is also Tom Hanks' app, the Hanx Writer that simulates typing on a typewriter.
