Bullets 'cause I'm boring
  • Y'all know that church sign picture was likely created with a generator, right? It's not like the First Baptist Church of Haiti actually put that up...
  • Over the holidays I didn't obsess about my weight and figured a couple of pounds wouldn't kill me. It did not, but I am just now down to my pre-Christmas weight and annoyed that it took this long.
  • Memory foam does not return as well as the commercials suggest and indents too easily; I have a love/hate relationship with the TempurPedic bed, and lately there's not a lot of love there.
  • That did not come out the way I intended...
  • I watched 8 episodes of Heroes over 2 days this weekend, and it actually felt like I had accomplished something.
  • Clearly, I need a life.
  • I've had fun teasing Murf about his graying hair, but after today I obviously need to stop, as evidenced by how much gray was on the floor when I got my hair cut today.
  • Now I'm all itchy because of the tiny pieces of hair that wound up down my shirt.
  • I need to stop watching HGTV before it compels me to rip my kitchen apart and cause thousands of dollars in damage.
  • I'll give $2.50 if someone will come fix lunch for me and then clean my kitchen.
  • No? You people are cheap...

The Woman hates their TempurPedic bed--it really doesn't work as nicely as they say... Of course she doesn't mind it except when the Male is there because he out weighs her by so much and then she can't lie evenly on the bed... sigh.

You mean to say that doing the jumping on the bed with the wine glass thing has gotten old? It seems like such good exercise...

We still have our waterbed from the 80's. Our first big purchase when we were first married. It's on the third mattress & heater but it still works best for my back. I have a memory foam pillow and like it. Nice neck support.
HGTV IS dangerous! We're thinking about putting ceramic tile in the kitchen on part of the wall.

Was "Heroes" worth it? I haven't watched any of this season, but all are DVR'd. I just can't make myself watch all of them yet!

Heroes got *really* good...it's definitely worth watching.

We've already sent the Tempurpedic bed beck. It was great for some things, but not for sleeping. Look into Stearns & Foster. They're not cheap, especially the hotel line sold at Macy's, but we liked the one we had before, and we like the one we recently bought.

Really now. Tell us what the Temperpedic was good for, Murf...

It's a literal pain when your bed isn't right. I stopped worrying about gray hair years ago. Mine is mostly gray now. Sorry about the help. I can barely get my own kitchen cleaned up.

Thanks for the chuckle today. It was needed after using a pry bar and ice water to get the teenagers out of bed this morning. (Wish I could send you one of them to cook your lunch and clean up but I sincerely doubt that you'd want the food poisoning nor their impression of a clean kitchen... they all have selective blindness)

I would gladly pay you $2.50 for the privilege of prepping your lunch and cleaning up after.

Because all the really interesting stuff that happens in the world happens where ever you are eating lunch.

I heartily approve this post ! Made me laugh at almost every bullet.

Gotta admit - I lost faith with Heroes but I'll be doing a similar marathon with Stargate SG-1 episodes this weekend ...

PS If you got me doing that lunch + cleaning for $2.50, you'd probably be demanding your money back :-)
PS2 I now seem to be back up to my pre-Xmas weight after losing some over the holiday.
