Oddz N Endz Part 1,452,976.5

  • The Spouse Thingy has jury duty tomorrow. He would not mind, but it fell on his day off. And who knows how many days in a row he'll be needed?
  • This upsets me because I had plans, dammit!
  • I wanted to go for a ride, and then go bowling. And not alone.
  • I may start painting the kitchen instead.
  • I will have kitty help.
  • NaNoWriMo started yesterday, but I didn't not start writing until today. I should be able to get 50,000 words by the end of the month. They will be words riddled with suckage, but that's the whole point...just get the bones out. The rest can be fixed in subsequent drafts.
  • If I don't paint tomorrow, I will write.
  • Or do both.
  • Maybe even at the same time.
  • I think deep red cabinets would go with the bright yellow the kitchen walls will be when I finish painting them.
  • Since we'll eventually re-do the entire kitchen, I figure red won't hurt for now.
  • I have not broached the idea of deep red with the Spouse Thingy.
  • Surprise, Spouse Thingy!
  • Yesterday he got up after only 3-4 hours of sleep to go see the Boy in Grease. He agreed with me, it was worth it.
  • If I go see it one more time, does that make me a stalker?
  • I hope he auditions and lands another role soon; it's only parental pride to say he's good. He really is good.
  • I ate no candy this Halloween.
  • Go me.

If you go see it one more or several more times, that makes you a proud Mom!

Hmm... the point is to get the book out and don't worry about suckage huh? Isn't that what the Woman does on MY blog? She should have no problem with this write a novel in a month thing... (yes she's got about 8.000 words already--a bit slower than she had hoped but she got busy this morning)

I love dark red, but the only way I would ever paint cabinets that color is if I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I'd be replacing them eventually. Otherwise, repainting would he horrendous!!

You ate no candy!!!!!!
You have iron clad will power. I bought a couple extra bags of my favorites so I could have them all to myself.

I knew if I ate one piece, I'd want ten...but damn I heard that chocolate calling out to me. When we had few TorTers, I sent it all to work with the Spouse Thingy.

If spouse-thingy wants to get out of jury duty, have him dress like Jesus and carry a bible that he refers to as his autobiography.
It will also help if he says
"I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me,me."

If one lives in a house with felines, one ALWAYS has kitteh help!!

Blasphemer! Candy is a requirement of Halloween! I am the utmost authority on this, as Halloween is also my birthday!

Also, a house without kitteh help is no house at all! I am not even allowed to pee without feline snoopervision.

I don't think most guys like deep red. Have a great time with NaNoWriMo.

I like the idea of deep red cabinets with a yellow wall, but then red and yellow are my two favorite colors. Kitty help is essential. Good luck with the writing. Going to see your son however many times isn't stalking; it's being a proud parent. It sucks that Spouse Thingy's first day of jury duty comes on his day off.

I ate no candy on halloween either, I waited until the day after. Hmm, red and yellow doesn't sound bad, I'm just into light and bright!
