I stared at this picture and thought several times, one thought right after another,
I freaking walked up this more than once. On purpose.
Now I think I need some retroactive Ibuprofen. Or vodka.
Damn, I wish I had some vodka...

ReplyDeleteYep, that's a traffic light. Not even the worst place for on in SF. Driving there is an acquired skillset, and I avoid it.
ReplyDeleteAnd it is real...what's not as apparent is that there's a break from the uphill grade every block with cross streets. So there are spots to rest on the way up, but it's still all kinds of fun to make your way from the bottom to the top.
What gets me is that every freaking time there's some little old Asian man or woman who just blows past me and isn't even breathing hard.
